Here below you can find the detail of after-sale services we can offer you, and namely:
 
a) Technical assistance interventions upon request:
Technical Assistance interventions can be required through the CallCenter or the website form.
The access to the CallCenter is available to you on a completely free of charge basis.
For Technical Assistance interventions out of warranty period UCIMU rates will be applied.
 
b) Supply of spare parts, accessories or instruction booksa
The requirements of spare parts, accessories or instruction books can be made through the website form. Quotations can be required to our Spare Parts Sales Department:

c) Training
Customers will have the possibility to ask for training sessions for their technical personnel and their operators. The standard training sessions are listed here below:
-          mechanical maintenance training
-          electrical maintenance training
-          operator training
-          shaving technology training
The a.m. standard training programmes are published here.
Sicmat is anyhow available to organize training sessions based on specific customer requirements.

d) Maintenance Check-up
Our maintenance check-ups are an easy and effective solution so to guarantee the demanded high production quality to your investment. Every year qualified Sicmat engineers visit dozens of Customers worldwide in order to perform the necessary checks and preventive maintenance  activities according to the  “Sicmat RasoLife” programme. Machine reliability and performances are so optimized and maintenance costs and times drastically reduced.

e) Extensions of warranty period
Sicmat RasoLife® is applicable to all machines manufactured by Sicmat, both new as well as used ones, upon condition that the correct maintenance has been regularly carried out. Machine conditions at the moment of Sicmat RasoLife® contract stipulation are of major importance for establishing both warranty premiums and services.
 
Interested Customers can require one year warranty extensions, both standard and/or customized type, based on six-monthly fees with the possibility to include the following services:
  • technical assistance hours packages (remote and/or on site) with application of special rates and agreed and guaranteed service levels based on the different geographic areas (Italy, Europe, Extra Europe)
  • yearly check-up and preventive maintenance services (spare parts excluded)
  • supply of spare parts at discounted prices compared with  price list in force
  • training sessions at special rates
  • access to the “optimization of machining cycles” service (on website dedicated area)
