The Sicmat LCD 200 stand-alone Linear Chamfering-Deburring unit is the fastest & cheapest solution for gears to be chamfered/deburred.

The chamfering-deburring unit, integrating the ring pallets conveyor, is equipped with devices for workpiece / chamfering tools safe meshing as well as for the linear movement of the chamfering tools. Deburring carried out by rotating carbide disks. Dry machining allowed; self-contained coolant equipment available for wet machining.The LCD 200 unit can be connected to a Sicmat Raso 200 shaving machine.
