Raso 200 CNC: Compact Accuracy

A Know-how concentrate deriving from decades of experince with machine tools and shaving: here is Raso 200 as well as the reason why important manufacturers in the automotive field have installed dozens of them in their plants worldwide.  

A concentrate of technology allowing to shave gears with diameter from 6 to 200 mm and module from 0,8 to 5 mm. Cycle speed and flexibility are at the top.

Thanks to its "lathe like" structure, Raso 200 guarantees performane levels and stiffness comparable to the ones of bigger sized machines, with considerably reduced overall dimensions. With its mmodular concept, allowing a configuration from 3 to 7 CNC controlled axes, the Raso 200 is the ideal shaving machine for small/medium size gears (i.e. manual & automatic gearbox, motorcycle gear, pump gear a.s.o.)
